1. Agreement

By creating an account or using HiredFrex.com ("HiredFrex", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

2. What HiredFrex is — and isn't

HiredFrex is a platform where employers post roles and candidates apply to them. We provide the platform only: we are not an employer, recruitment agency, or party to any employment relationship formed through the service. Hiring decisions, offers, contracts, and compensation are strictly between the employer and the candidate.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for all activity under your account. Job seeker and employer accounts are created self-serve with email verification. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, post fraudulent content, or otherwise misuse the service.

4. Job listings and review

Employer accounts can post listings immediately, but every listing is reviewed by us before it becomes visible to candidates. We may decline or remove any listing at our discretion — including listings that are misleading, discriminatory, unlawful, request fees from applicants, or misrepresent the role or employer. Review does not constitute a guarantee of any listing's accuracy or the employer's conduct.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: post false, discriminatory, or unlawful content; request money from job applicants at any stage; upload data about others without their permission; scrape, harvest, or bulk-download platform content or user data; interfere with the service's operation; or use the platform to distribute spam or malware.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload (CVs, listings, messages, images). You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service — for example, showing your application and CV to the employer whose role you applied to. Content generated with our AI CV builder is yours to use freely.

7. Fees

HiredFrex is currently free for job seekers and for employers posting roles. Job seekers will never be charged to apply. If paid employer plans are introduced in future, we will announce them in advance, and they will apply only to purchases made after that change — never retroactively.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for the conduct of employers or candidates, or for hiring outcomes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (currently zero for free accounts). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (content licences already exercised, liability limits, disputes) survive it.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions: support@hiredfrex.com.
