Why we built it

Most job boards bury good people. Generic keyword filters reject strong candidates over a missing buzzword, and employers drown in unsorted applications. We thought the matching layer could be dramatically better — transparent for candidates, instant for employers, and honest about how it works.

So we built a platform that reads a profile the way a thoughtful recruiter would: weighing real skill depth and outcomes, not just keywords — and showing its reasoning to both sides.

1. Who we are

Hiredfrex.com ("Hiredfrex", "we", "us") operates an international job platform. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the rights you have over it.

2. Data we collect

Account data: name, email, password (hashed), and role. Profile data: your CV, work history, skills and the documents you upload. Employer data: company name, contact details and job postings. Usage data: pages viewed, searches, and device information collected to keep the service secure.

3. How we use it

To create and secure your account, match candidates with roles, send relevant role digests (which you can switch off), and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Sharing

When you apply to a role, the employer sees your application and CV. We use trusted processors for hosting, email and AI; they handle data only on our instructions. We may disclose data where required by law.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location you may access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to certain processing. To exercise these rights email privacy@hiredfrex.com. You can delete your account at any time from settings.

6. Retention & security

We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete or anonymise it. We protect data with encryption in transit, hashed passwords and access controls.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Hiredfrex.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Hiredfrex is a platform that lists roles, lets candidates apply, and helps employers manage applications. We provide the platform; we are not the employer and are not party to any employment relationship formed through it.

3. Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. Employer accounts are created after a verification step and may be suspended for misuse. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

Do not post false, discriminatory or unlawful listings, scrape the platform, upload others' data without permission, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.

5. Content & rights

You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us a licence to host and display it to operate the service. Job postings and CVs must be ones you have the right to share.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for hiring decisions made using the platform.
