Hiredfrex.com ("Hiredfrex", "we", "us") operates an international job platform. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the rights you have over it.
2. Data we collect
Account data: name, email, password (hashed), and role. Profile data: your CV, work history, skills and the documents you upload. Employer data: company name, contact details and job postings. Usage data: pages viewed, searches, and device information collected to keep the service secure.
3. How we use it
To create and secure your account, match candidates with roles, send relevant role digests (which you can switch off), and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Sharing
When you apply to a role, the employer sees your application and CV. We use trusted processors for hosting, email and AI; they handle data only on our instructions. We may disclose data where required by law.
5. Your rights
Depending on your location you may access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to certain processing. To exercise these rights email privacy@hiredfrex.com. You can delete your account at any time from settings.
6. Retention & security
We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete or anonymise it. We protect data with encryption in transit, hashed passwords and access controls.
