Web2 platform is 75% complete. Now building Web3 layer — pet NFTs, vaccine certificates, smart contract adoptions, on-chain insurance. Open Roles - Founding Blockchain Engineer ($100–150/hr) Own Web3 architecture — smart contracts, API layer, data indexing, team leadership. - Solidity Developer ($70–120/hr) Write & deploy ERC-721/1155 contracts. Upgradeable patterns. Foundry/Hardhat. - Senior Full-Stack Developer or Frontend Developer ($70–100/hr) Web2 features + Web3 frontend (Wagmi, RainbowKit) + API layer (NestJS + ethers.js). - Backend API Engineer ($70–100/hr) Blockchain API, transaction relayer, event indexing, microservices. - Product Designer ($60–90/hr) Web3 UX/UI, wallet flows, NFT minting, dashboards, design system. - Go / Rust Engineer ($90–150/hr) High-performance relayers, indexing engines, data pipelines. - Mobile Engineer ($70–100/hr) React Native / KMP mobile app — wallet, NFTs, vaccines, appointments. Requirements
- Remote & Communication
- Fully remote work experience (3+ years preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Comfortable with asynchronous communication (Slack, Notion, GitHub)
- Overlap with core team hours (UTC-3 to UTC+1) for sync meetings
